Fresh Apple-Pear Chutney
Ingredients1 medium Red Delicious apple peeled 1 Granny Smith apple peeled 1 medium Bartlett pear 1/2 cup raisins 1 tablespoon grated orange rind 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 5 fresh mint leaves finely chopped
MethodCore the apples and the pear. Dice the apples and the pear into 1/2-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Serve chilled.
