Gingered Peach Sauce

Ingredients

2 large ripe peaches peeled, pitted
2 tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur
2 teaspoons finely-chopped fresh gingerroot

Method

Cut the peaches into chunks; place in a blender or food processor.

Add the liqueur and ginger; blend or process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Chill the sauce.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
