No-Cook Peanut Pasta

Ingredients

1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons minced green onions
2 garlic cloves finely minced
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
4 cups hot cooked linguine

Method

Combine all ingredients for the sauce and toss with hot cooked linguine.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 cup pasta, 2 tablespoons sauce.
