Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients2 cups fresh raspberries = (or thawed frozen unsweetened raspberries) 1 tablespoon orange juice 1 1/4 teaspoon Equal Measure = (or 4 packets Equal sweetener or 3 tbspns Equal Spoonful) 1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
MethodPlace raspberries in blender container; blend until smooth. Strain through sieve; discard seeds. Stir orange juice, Equal, and orange peel into pureed berries.
Serve over fresh fruit, frozen yogurt, or cheesecake.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
