Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free milk
6 ounces diet root beer
1/4 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
3/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend 30 seconds, or until smooth.
