Shells Agli Olio
Ingredients1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine 10 garlic cloves minced 1 cup fresh spinach leaves stems removed, torn into small pieces 1 pound cooked shell pasta
MethodIn a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saute just until it wilts.
Toss the garlic spinach sauce with the hot shells and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
