Spicy Asian Chili

Ingredients

2 teaspoons peanut oil
2 shallots minced
3 garlic cloves minced
2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 teaspoons minced lemongrass
4 cups low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce - (to 2)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
3 cups black beans drained, rinsed
