Spicy Hot Refresher

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Spicy Hot V8 vegetable juice
1/2 cup chopped peeled seeded cucumber
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup ice cubes

Method

In covered blender or food processor, combine V8 juice, cucumber, lime juice, and chili powder. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending until ice is finely crushed.

Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 3 servings. Serving size: 3/4 cup.
