Ingredients

and chopped
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
3 serrano peppers minced
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1/2 cup minced parsley
3 garlic cloves minced
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Method
