Spunky Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients1 pound ground chuck 1 teaspoon minced garlic - (1 clove) 2 tablespoons dried parsley 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon dried crushed oregano 1 teaspoon salt 4 dashes Red Hot sauce 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 cans tomato sauce - (15 oz ea) 1 can tomato paste - (6 oz) 1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz)
MethodIn a large skillet, brown ground chuck over medium-high heat, then drain well.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir often.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
