Strawberries With Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients4 cups fresh strawberries washed, stemmed 1 teaspoon sugar substitute 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for topping
MethodDivide 2 cups of strawberries among 6 dessert dishes.
Puree the remaining 2 cups of strawberries in a blender with the sugar substitute and orange juice. Pour the sauce evenly over the dessert cups. Top each dessert cup with blueberries.
