Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

32 cherry tomatoes - (1 dia)
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Dip or
Curry Dressing (see recipes)
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Method

Slice tops off cherry tomatoes; gently scoop seed centers from tomatoes.

Fill each with about 1 teaspoon of dip or dressing. Sprinkle tops with parsley.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
