Sun-Dried Tomato Spread With Grissini

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat cream cheese
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon anchovy paste (optional)
1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
6 sun-dried tomatoes rehydrated, and
finely minced
2 garlic cloves finely minced
12 Grissini bread sticks - (2 per person)

Method

Mix all ingredients except the bread sticks in a food processor until smooth, but thick.

Place the spread in a bowl or crock and serve with Grissini bread sticks.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 ounce bread and 1 tablespoon spread.
