Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup Skim Milk Mayonnaise (see recipe)
1 1/2 tablespoons catsup or chili sauce
1/4 cup finely-chopped dill pickle
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced green onion

Method

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Chill before using.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
