Tofu Dip With Herbs
Ingredients12 ounces firm tofu drained, patted dry 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 teaspoon dill 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1/2 cup diced green onion 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 2 medium garlic cloves pressed 1/2 teaspoon salt
MethodProcess all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
