Tuna Salad
Ingredients1 can water-packed tuna - (3 oz) well drained 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped chives = (or sliced green onion tops or red onion)
MethodIn a small bowl, flake the tuna with a fork. Combine with the mayonnaise, pepper, vinegar, and chives. Stir to mix well.
Serve as an open-faced sandwich or as a salad surrounded by raw vegetables.
