Vegetable Dip For Crudites
Ingredients1 cup 2% low-fat cottage cheese 1 cup shredded carrot 1/2 cup chopped seeded green pepper 1/4 cup minced onion 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt 2 tablespoons catsup 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
MethodCombine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with steel blade or in a blender; process until smooth. Place in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
This recipe yields 10 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
