Velveeta Light Easy Pasta Primavera
Ingredients3 cups rotini - (8 oz) uncooked 2 cups water 1 package frozen vegetable blend - (16 oz) 1/2 pound Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese cut up 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
MethodBring pasta and water to boil in saucepan; simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Add vegetables, Velveeta and seasonings. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
