West Indies Dip
Ingredients1 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese plus 2 tablespoons Whipped Cottage Cheese (see recipe) 1 tablespoon chopped onion 3 tablespoons prepared chutney 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
MethodCombine all ingredients in a blender and cover tightly. Blend at low speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
