Winter Fruit Bowl

Ingredients

1 tart apple unpeeled, diced
1 medium banana peeled, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup red or green grapes
1 small orange peeled, sectioned
1 tablespoon minced crystallized ginger
2 teaspoons minced fresh mint

Method

Combine the apple and banana in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.

Cover refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
